Subject: Regarding restructuring of curriculum for the benefit of students with disabilities.

I am to forward herewith a copy of the Public Interest Litigation (PIL), Civil Write of 2003 filed by "Social Jurist", a lawyers group (petitioner) verses Union of India and others (respondents) in the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi. Para 1 (vii) at page 47/C thereof regarding restructuring of curriculum for benefit of students with disabilities pertains to the Department of Primary Education, MCD, Delhi for which necessary reply is required to be furnished to the Hon'ble court by us expeditiously.

Since this department is presently following the curriculum/guidelines issued by your department from time to time, it is requested that necessary action in regard to the restructuring of the relevant curriculum may kindly be taken at your end under intimation to this department to enable us to furnish a reply to the Hon'ble court accordingly.
